Blueberry Studios is a UK-based webcam model agency. We believe every person has the right to work freely, safely, and with full informed consent. We are categorically opposed to any form of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or coercion in our operations or supply chain.

All models who work with Blueberry Studios do so entirely voluntarily and with full, informed consent. We actively verify the age and identity of all applicants before they begin working, and we maintain a culture where any concerns can be raised freely and without fear of reprisal.

2. Our Policies

We maintain the following policies to support our commitment:

• Voluntary participation only: Every model applies freely and can cease working at any time without penalty. There are no lock-in contracts, no upfront fees, and no retention of documents.
• Age verification: We verify the age and identity of every model before they are permitted to work with us, using photographic identification.
• Safe reporting: Any model, applicant, or individual who suspects exploitation or trafficking within our operations can report concerns directly to us or to the relevant authorities, completely anonymously if required.
• No debt bondage: We never charge models for joining, training, or accessing platforms. Models are never placed in a position of financial obligation to us.
• Privacy protection: We actively protect models' identities and never disclose personal information to third parties without consent.

3. Due Diligence

As part of our ongoing commitment, we:

• Carry out identity and age verification checks on all applicants
• Monitor for signs of coercion or forced participation in our model community
• Ensure all platforms we work with maintain their own ethical and legal compliance standards
• Provide models with clear, written information about their rights, earnings, and how to raise concerns
• Make it easy for models to leave the agency at any time, with no financial or contractual consequences

4. Training and Awareness

Our team is trained to recognise the signs of modern slavery and trafficking. This includes recognising indicators such as models who appear to be controlled by others, who are unable to speak freely, or who show signs of fear or coercion. Any such concerns are taken seriously and acted upon immediately.
